NEO-VENEZIA - In response the the complaints of various employees about their uniforms getting soaked, the Undine Association has recently unveiled the Aqua Alta edition seifuku*, which then led to an unexpected boom in tourism. "Usually, we take a few days off when the waters rise but we were suddenly flooded with requests and reservations. We just couldn't turn them down," said Akari Mizunashi of Aria Company. Other companies such as Himeya were initially hesitant in conforming to the new standard. "How was it? Definitely embarassing! But I couldn't stand the idea of losing to other companies when they're raking in so much cash, thanks to the additional 'sightseeing fee,'" explained Aika Granzchesta. Alice Carroll continued, "The customers seemed very very satisfied with our services lately. Strangely enough, some of our undines still find it difficult to keep their clothes from getting wet." The Association later released alternative designs which they hope would rectify the problem.

So is this what happens when you put an Undine's uniform in the wash on too hot a setting?

I, for one, welcome our new seifuku overlords.
